Love my whistle!
I wasn't sure where to put this review as it covers both the engraving service and the whistle itself but I have chosen to put it here. I brought the starter pack whistle and I had it engraved. I wanted a specific engraving so I filled out the contact us form and received a response from Joanne almost immediately. She was very helpful and managed to sort out my complicated engraving very quickly with me. I received a confirmation email that day along with my guide on how to use the whistle and the whistle itself was produced, dispatched and delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. The whistle itself is very high quality and feels very nice and easy to use. Dealing with this company has been a pleasure from start to finish and I will definitely be returning in the future as the products are great too. In case it is not clear from my words above, I am definitely one happy customer.

I order an engraved brass logan whistle and chain lanyard. The service from the minute of purchase was second to none. Joanne and the team provide amazing customer service. I got a confirmation email for my order within minutes and the following day Joanne emailed to ensure she knew exactly how I wanted the whistle engraved and informed me of how long it would take and also enquired if there was a particular date I needed it by. The minute the whistle was ready Joanne emailed to let me know and gave me my tracking number. I am always on edge when ordering anything online but the border collie team are so efficient and make sure they know exactly what the customer wants. And to say the finished product was amazing would be an understatement! I couldnt have been happier with it and my boyfriend(birthday prezzie) was even more amazed at it. It's lovely to be able to get something made personal that coensides with what he loves doing most!!! Thank you so much!
